About |
|
No member of SFV is
above the Code of Conduct and Rules. All members of every rank
are expected to follow them and officers and above are expected to
hold them out. While in SFV, on our forum, or on our
servers all players, gamers, members, and leaders agree to abide by
these rules in order to keep our atmosphere fun and light.

SFV
Code
of Conduct |
|
Game
Play
|
When in a game you are expected to
display high honor and dignity to SFV. Cheating, harassing of
another player, or verbal assaults are not allowed whether other SFV are
present or not.
|
|
In
Lobbies
|
If you are in a lobby, you are not
allowed to spam, flame other clans, nor partake in any discussions of
any threats of hacking. You need to be courteous to all players,
even if they are not SFV members. If you are found to be rude, you
will be warned.
|
|
On
forum
|
While visiting the clan forum you need
to remember that there are younger kids present. Excessive
swearing, discussions of illegal activity, and spam will not be
tolerated. Making posts which curse out SFV, the leaders, or
fellow members will result in an immediate ban.
|
|
Personal
Discussion
|
Every person has a limit to what they
think is a joke. If you are discussing activities of SFV in a personal
manner with another SFV member, you are expected to do so in a
professional manner, as you do not wish to anger them, getting you in
trouble.
|
|
Fights,
arguments, and disagreements
|
Arguments are bound to happen in groups
of large sizes. SFV understands this, however only agrees with it
when it is done in a respectful manor. If you have a problem with
a Commanding Officer, follow the Chain of Command and use your next
leader. Any major fights will result in member suspension until
the fight is resolved.
|
|
Elsewhere
|
These basic rules apply no matter where
you are. You must follow them while wearing the SFV tag, on the SFV site
and/or forum, and partaking in a SFV discussion.
|
|
When a
rule is broken! |
- All info is submitted to the game
leader who makes a decision
- Below are the possible
steps a leader can take
- At any time may a leader
go from kicking to banning without member or higher approval
- Any cheaters must be
banned and removed
- Game Assistants and above are
expected to hold out these rules
|
| All
rule violations in SFV are held on a case by case bases, other than
cheating in which all members will be immediately banned for.
Members who break rules can be warned, suspended, or dismissed from the
clan. Only Game Leaders and higher may dismiss members
from SFV, however all officers may warn members and may request
suspension.
Set precedents:
Member Fights - Result in member
suspension of both parties until issue is resolved
Forum insults - General warning to the member in the same topic
Cheating - Results in member banishment, immediately
Double Clanning - Warning and then Dismissal
Failure to signup for the forum - Warning, Warning, Dismissal
